Awareness and Training Policy

Transwater recognises that the successful implementation of its Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability (HSES)Policy and Objectives requires continuous development of HSES awareness and training programmes for employees across all work activities.

The importance of HSES awareness and training is to ensure that employees:

  • Understand how to work safely and without risks to their health.
  • Are familiar with the Company’s health and safety policies and know how to implement them effectively.
  • Are aware of their health and safety responsibilities towards themselves, colleagues, customers, stakeholders, and the environment.
